– Automation Test Lead
Domain: Insurance (P&C; Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in JavaScript-based automation and Insurance domain testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation testing and define test strategies.
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end automation tests.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI.
- Mentor QA teams and drive automation best practices.
- Collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze defects and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills:
- Solid JavaScript automation experience.
- Insurance domain experience; P&C; preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
