Technical Implementation Specialist (ClickUp | Bitrix24 | Odoo) | Freshers Welcome!

Are you a fast learner, curious builder, and someone who loves solving problems with technology?

Join us as we build the future of business systemisation — helping businesses run on ClickUp, Bitrix24, and Odoo instead of chaos, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge.

We're looking for a Technical Team Member to help us design, build, and deploy work management and ERP systems — with a smaller, supporting focus on connecting those systems together using automation and AI Agents.

No prior experience with these platforms is required — just strong technical fundamentals, solid coding ability, and the drive to learn fast.

You will get to:

Platform Implementation (the core of the role)

- Design and build ClickUp and Bitrix 24 workspaces for end-to-end business operations
- Implement Odoo across modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and more) for businesses
- Develop and customize Odoo applications — build custom modules, modify views, and extend functionality using Python, XML, and the Odoo ORM
- Migrate client data cleanly from spreadsheets/legacy tools into these platforms
- Document workflows and create SOPs for client handoff
- Support clients during onboarding, training, and troubleshooting





Automation & AI (supporting layer — connecting the platforms)

- Build n8n workflows and AI Agents that connect ClickUp, Bitrix24, and Odoo with each other and handle tasks like inbound queries, data entry, and follow-ups
- Integrate tools using APIs and webhooks

Content Support

- Help research and create content for social media (YT/ Instagram/ LI)

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience: 0-1 years (Fresh graduates welcome)
- BTech or MTech or BCA + MCA

An ideal candidate is: • Robust in programming fundamentals — Python is a must (you'll use it for Odoo development); JavaScript/Java is a bonus

- Comfortable understanding APIs, webhooks, and data flows
- A problem-solver who reads documentation and figures things out independently
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excited to learn ClickUp, Bitrix24, and Odoo quickly — and go deep enough to build, not just configure
- Responsible, disciplined, and ready to be an early team member
- Curious about how businesses operate and how the right system fixes that

Bonus points if you already have:

• Any hands-on experience with ClickUp, Bitrix24, or Odoo or similar tools (implementation or development)

- Exposure to automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Any Odoo module development, even personal/academic projects
