Accounts Payable Processing & Invoice Management
Bank & Account Reconciliations
Payroll Support & Financial Administration
Month-End Close Activities
Supplier Account Management
Financial Reporting & Documentation
Excel-Based Data Analysis & Reconciliations
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Accounts Payable and General Finance Operations
Strong Bank Reconciliation & Ledger Reconciliation Skills
Good Knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
Ability to Meet Deadlines and Work Independently
Preferred:
Experience with MYOB, Zahara, or Payroll Systems
Exposure to Australian Accounting Processes
Construction/Project-Based Industry Experience
