Role & Responsibilities

- Design and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for testing electronic/embedded systems and PCBs.

- Design Interface Test Adapters (ITA), test fixtures, interface circuits, test cables and harnesses.

- Perform hardware schematic design, circuit analysis, component selection and hardware integration.

- Troubleshoot and debug PCBs using Oscilloscopes, Multimeters/DMMs and other laboratory instruments.

- Perform board bring-up, functional validation, root-cause analysis and hardware testing.

- Design and integrate analog, digital, power and communication interface circuits.

- Develop and validate ATE hardware for aerospace, defence, automotive or industrial applications.

- Work with PXI/PXIe-based test systems, DMMs, waveform generators and other test instruments.

- Prepare BOMs, schematics, interface documents, test procedures and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with System, Embedded Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Quality teams for complete test-system development.

- Support hands-on testing and debugging in a laboratory environment.

- Work from office 5 days a week due to the hands-on lab nature of the role.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

- 4-6 years of experience in Hardware Design, ATE, Test Equipment or Electronics Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in ATE Design and Interface Test Adapter (ITA) Design.

- Good experience in PCB troubleshooting, board bring-up and hardware debugging.

- Experience with test fixtures, test cables/harnesses and electronic interfaces.

- Hands-on knowledge of Oscilloscope, Multimeter/DMM, power supplies and waveform generators.

- Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, power electronics and communication interfaces.

- Experience with PXI/PXIe or similar automated test platforms is an advantage.

- LabVIEW / LabWindows-CVI experience will be an added advantage.

- Candidates from Aerospace, Defence, Avionics, Automotive or Industrial Electronics domains are preferred.

- Should have solid analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Candidate must be comfortable working 5 days per week from the office/laboratory.
