Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Essbase Developer to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Essbase, multidimensional database design, SQL, and data integration. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Essbase applications, supporting financial planning and reporting solutions, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and data integrity.

The role requires close collaboration with finance, business, and IT teams to deliver robust and efficient EPM solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Essbase applications and multidimensional cubes.
- Develop and optimize Essbase calculation scripts, business rules, and MaxL scripts.




- Design and maintain ASO and BSO cubes, including outline management and performance tuning.
- Perform metadata management, data loads, aggregations, and cube refresh activities.
- Develop and support data integration and ETL processes between Essbase and enterprise applications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Monitor and optimize cube performance to ensure scalability and efficient query execution.
- Implement security, user provisioning, and access controls within Essbase applications.
- Support application upgrades, patching, migrations, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Essbase applications and integrated systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).





Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Primary Skill: Essbase Developer, Data Integration & ETL Knowledge,SQL,Vulnerability Fixes Experience: 0-3 years

Location: Hyderabad Only

NP: Immediate to 30 Days

Work model: Initial 8 weeks WFO, Continued with 3 days Hybrid.
