Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Associate will support daily operations such as coordinating orders, managing inventory records, and assisting with product dispatch and delivery follow-up. This role includes interacting with customers and vendors, providing basic product information, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.

The Associate will help maintain documentation, prepare simple reports, and support the sales and office teams with administrative tasks.



The position may also involve occasional visits to client sites or warehouses as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to handle basic office administration, including documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, follow up on orders, and support inventory control.
- Basic understanding of building materials or interest in learning about P.O.P., gypsum, and interior solutions.
- Comfort with using computers for email, spreadsheets, and easy data entry.
- Prior experience in operations, sales support, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur on a full-time schedule and collaborate within a team-based environment.
