Qualification - 12th/Graduation
Experience - Min. 6 month in sales or above
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for recruitment and management of advisors - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
- Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
- Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
- Seek current customers and increase sales.
