Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate Manager under the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) vertical and is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base for IT asset disposition services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and providing strategic direction for the growth of ITAD services.

The Business Development

Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure the delivery of secure, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective IT asset disposal solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT asset disposal (ITAD) vertical, including industries such as corporate IT departments, government, education, healthcare etc.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT managers, procurement officers, sustainability managers) in target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities for service differentiation.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored ITAD solutions that meet their unique business, security, and environmental needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

- Proposal Development & Negotiation:

- Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring all client needs and regulatory requirements are met.




- Develop and negotiate service agreements, pricing structures, and terms to secure profitable contracts.

- Market and Industry Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, regulations, and technologies in the IT asset disposal and recycling industry, including data security, environmental laws, and industry certifications.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, expand the network, and stay informed of market developments.

- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress toward targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
- Analyze sales data to forecast future business trends and develop strategies to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications:

- - MBA from a top-tier business school.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within IT asset management, ITAD, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in a B2B workplace.
- Knowledge of IT asset disposal services and related technologies, including secure data destruction, e-waste recycling, and hardware refurbishing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and other decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.




- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to close high-value deals.
- High-level understanding of the ITAD industry, environmental sustainability, and data security best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
