Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at CCA Legal. The role is based in New Delhi.
The Associate
Lawyer will handle daily tasks such as drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in Delhi District Courts, preparing case strategies,
and assisting senior lawyers on various legal matters. The role also involves client consultations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience practicing law, particularly in Delhi District Courts.
- Strong skills in Legal Research, Drafting, and Document Review.
- Experience in representing clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Proficient in Civil Laws, Corporate Laws, and Commercial Laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Membership with the Bar Council of India.
