Role Description The Owner role at Arham Web Works is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, focused on leading and growing the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business strategy,



overseeing project delivery, and guiding web development, design, SEO, and virtual assistant teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. The Owner will manage client relationships, handle key negotiations, and drive new business development through partnerships, marketing initiatives, and platform expertise (including Shopify and other major ecosystems). The role also involves budgeting, resource planning, and performance management to maintain efficiency and profitability. In addition, the Owner will foster a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and ensure continuous improvement in technical capabilities and service offerings.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing multidisciplinary teams such as web developers, designers, SEO specialists, and virtual assistants.
