Creative Technologist – AI Content & Creative Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creative Technologist who combines creativity with technology to develop innovative AI-powered content, videos, apps, workflows, and creative solutions for brands.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI tools, video editing, animation, content creation, automation, and short-film/video production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI technologies and transforming creative ideas into engaging content and scalable workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute AI-powered creative content for brands and digital platforms.
2. Create and edit short-form videos, reels, microdramas, animations, and short films.
3. Explore and implement AI tools for content generation, video creation, editing, animation, and creative automation.
4. Build automated workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of creative production.
5. Work on apps, digital products, campaigns, and brand-specific creative projects.
6. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to convert concepts into high-quality outputs.
7. Experiment with emerging AI technologies, tools, and techniques.
8. Contribute to campaigns, contests, and digital initiatives across platforms such as Pocket FM, ReelShorts, and DramaTalk.
9. Develop creative solutions that combine technology,



storytelling, design, and marketing.
10. Continuously identify new ways to improve creative workflows and production processes.

Required Skills:

1. 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and creative production.
2. Strong knowledge of video editing and content creation.
3. Understanding of animation, visual storytelling, and short-form video production.
4. Ability to create and optimize AI-based workflows and automations.
5. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work on multiple creative projects in a rapid-paced environment.
7. Good understanding of social media content, reels, campaigns, and digital trends.
8. Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating creative and technical capabilities.

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience as an AI Artist, AI Filmmaker, Animator, Content Creator, Creative Technologist, Video Creator, or similar creative-tech roles are encouraged to apply.
