We collect intelligence from the grassroots — running field surveys, impact evaluations, and policy research across India and South Asia, working with clients like the World Bank, UNICEF, Mastercard, and GSMA. We're a growing team that operates at scale: designing studies, deploying field teams, and turning ground-level data into analysis that informs decisions at the highest levels.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Associate – Communications/ Communications Manager

(upwards of 4 yrs of experience) who loves storytelling, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can manage digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft reports, blogs, pitch decks, newsletters, social media posts
- Convert research data into engaging storytelling content
- Manage organization's website and social media platforms
- Design brochures, carousels, posters using Canva/Adobe




- Familiarity with emailing tools such as SignalHire, RocketReach, Mailchimp etc.
- Organize and maintain company’s communications materials

What We're Looking For

- 3–7 years in communications/external relations (development sector preferred)
- Experience in the development or research sector is REQUIRED

- Good writing skills

- Ability to communicate
- Ability to multitask the assigned work and manage communications calendar
- Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate; this is an in office full time onsite role

Offered CTC

- up to 7-13 LPA
