Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines and regulations for NBFCs.

- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in compliance processes and procedures.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 7-18 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role in an NBFC or banking industry.

- Robust understanding of regulatory affairs, particularly those related to RBI guidelines.

- Proven track record of implementing effective compliance programs that minimize risk exposure.

- Experience working in GIFT City or similar financial hubs.
