1. Manage cash handling, billing, and daily closing reports
2. Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently
3. Supervise, train, and schedule store staff
4. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
5. Monitor sales performance and work to achieve targets
6. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
7. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
9. Coordinate with HR and accounts for attendance, payroll, and compliance
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
