Role Description The Assistant role at TalentLifts is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents and data.

The role involves supporting internal teams with coordination of tasks, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. The Assistant will communicate with colleagues and external partners, respond to emails and phone calls, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.



This position also includes basic office operations support, such as arranging logistics for events or meetings, assisting with onboarding documentation, and helping maintain a well-organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar applications).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external contacts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is beneficial; candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
