About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Housing Loans to drive home loan business growth across Jaipur and Rajasthan. The role involves generating housing loan leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, assisting customers through documentation, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, local market knowledge, customer-handling ability, and experience in housing loans, mortgages, real estate finance, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for housing loans, plot loans, construction loans, renovation loans, balance transfer and loan against property.
- Identify and develop new customer leads through builders, property dealers, connectors, financial advisors, references and local market activities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements and process flow to customers.
- Support customers in completing loan applications and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for login, processing, legal, technical, sanction and disbursement stages.
- Build and manage a strong connector and referral network.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers, channel partners and business associates.
- Achieve monthly sales and login targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



documentation norms and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of leads, applications, approvals and disbursements.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of housing loan products and property documentation.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, builders, brokers and connectors.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of local property markets in Jaipur/Rajasthan.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in housing loans, mortgage sales, banking, NBFC, real estate finance, insurance, financial products or field sales.
- Candidates with an existing network of builders, brokers, financial advisors or property dealers will be preferred.
