Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage program delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional customer service throughout the program lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions in program execution.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in program management or a related field (e.g., project management).
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
