Position: Assistant Professor (Computer Science)

The School of Engineering at Chanakya University is seeking applications for faculty positions in diverse fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. Moreover, a willingness to contribute effectively to the university's educational landscape is highly desirable.

Role & Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses as assigned in the relevant specialisation.
- Conduct theory and laboratory classes effectively using outcome-based pedagogy.
- Assist in curriculum delivery, continuous assessments (formative & summative),



and evaluation activities.
- Guide student mini-projects, laboratories, and tutorials.
- Participate in academic administration, examination duties, and student mentoring.
- Initiate research activities and publish in refereed journals/conferences.
- Support accreditation (NBA/NAAC), departmental activities, and institutional events.

Eligibility & Experience

- Ph.D. is highly preferred as per AICTE–UGC norms.
- Postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E./MCA/M.Sc) in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution of repute.
- 1–5 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge in AI, ML/DL is mandatory.

- Strong subject knowledge in the assigned area.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students.
- Strong research background in multidisciplinary fields.
- Willingness to adopt current teaching tools, LMS, and assessment methods.
