About the Role
We're looking for a Proposal Writer Intern with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our proposals team. You'll work closely with our Proposals and Capture teams to research, draft, and polish content that helps our clients win government contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate who loves writing, is detail-obsessed, and wants real exposure to the US government contracting (GovCon) industry.
What You'll Do
Assist in drafting sections of proposals, capability statements, and pricing narratives under guidance from senior writers
Research RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and summarize eligibility, compliance,



and submission requirements
Support formatting, proofreading, and quality-checking documents for grammar, tone, and consistency
Help maintain templates, boilerplate content, and past-performance libraries
Coordinate with the Business Development and Capture teams to gather inputs for proposals
Learn and apply proposal best practices, compliance matrices, and win-theme development
Who You Are
A recent graduate (or final-year student) in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field
An excellent writer — transparent, precise, and able to adapt tone for different audiences
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Curious about the US government contracting space (no prior experience required — we'll train you)
Someone who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced, output-driven environment
