Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Telecom Network Planning to support and manage

Pan-India ISP, NLD, Fiber and Data Center connectivity projects

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telecom network planning, feasibility, fiber route planning, vendor coordination and project execution

, with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and execution of

Pan-India ISP/NLD network connectivity

.

- Prepare city-wise and route-wise network plans for business and customer requirements.

- Support

Data Center-to-Data Center, POP-to-POP and customer connectivity planning.

- Conduct technical and route feasibility for new network requirements.

- Evaluate fiber availability, POP/PoI, route diversity, RoW and infrastructure feasibility

.

- Plan primary, alternate and protection paths for network reliability.

- Work on connectivity solutions including

Dark Fiber, Managed Fiber, NLD, Ethernet, IP and Transport

.

- Coordinate with

ISPs, Telecom Operators, Fiber Providers and Data Center operators

.

- Identify and evaluate new telecom partners and fiber providers

.

- Coordinate with vendors for fiber deployment, route readiness and network implementation

.





- Track project activities from feasibility to implementation, testing and commissioning

.

- Coordinate with

NOC, IP, Transmission, O&M; and Project teams for end-to-end delivery.

- Monitor project timelines, SLA, quality and deployment milestones

.

- Review technical proposals and prepare connectivity comparisons and feasibility reports

.

- Identify technical issues, route constraints and project risks and support timely resolution.

- Maintain updated network, route, vendor and connectivity databases

.

- Support vendor performance monitoring and stakeholder coordination

.

- Ensure proper documentation, commissioning and HOTO after project completion.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in

Telecom / ISP / NLD / Fiber Network Planning

.

- Good knowledge of

L2/L3, IP, Routing, Transport and Fiber Networks

.

- Experience in

OSP, fiber route planning and network feasibility

.

- Exposure to

Data Center connectivity and network protection/diversity

.

- Solid coordination and vendor management skills.

- Good analytical, communication and project management abilities.

- Candidates with

Pan-India network/project exposure will be preferred.
