We're looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to own client review and delivery for a portfolio of accounts. You'll be the quality checkpoint between our delivery teams and our clients — reviewing financials, compliance filings, and reports before they go out, and making sure every deliverable meets the bar our clients expect.

What you'll do

- Review financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance filings prepared by the delivery team for accuracy and completeness
- Own end-to-end delivery timelines for a set of client accounts — nothing slips on your watch
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients on delivery-related queries
- Spot errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps and coach the team to fix them at the root
- Ensure deliverables comply with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Flag risks early and escalate appropriately
- Help sharpen internal review checklists and SOPs as we scale

What we're looking for

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 2–3 years post-qualification experience
- Prior articleship or work experience with a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) strongly preferred
- Strong grip on accounting standards,



financial statement preparation, and compliance reporting
- A sharp eye for detail — you catch what others miss
- Comfortable owning client relationships and communicating directly with clients
- Able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Exposure to international (US/UK) accounting or clients is a plus
