Assistant Manager Video & Motion Graphics Designer

Experience: 6–8 years

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging video and motion graphics for web, social media, mobile, and digital campaigns.

Develop visual concepts, storyboards, motion designs, and video content based on briefs and scripts.

Handle video editing, motion graphics, VFX, sound, transitions, and color correction.

Adapt content across different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and business teams and manage deliverables within timelines.

Key Skills

Advanced Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools

Experience with Maxon, Element 3D and creative plugins

Knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools

Solid visual storytelling, typography, composition, pacing, and motion design skills

Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video and motion graphics expertise

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field. Experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment preferred.
