The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and operational skills to manage IT and business assets efficiently while ensuring accurate inventory tracking and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain asset lifecycle management processes.
- Track, monitor, and audit hardware/software inventory.
- Ensure accurate asset allocation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Work with ERP systems for asset and inventory management activities.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets related to asset requests, incidents, and inventory updates.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using SQL and Microsoft tools.
