Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.
Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.
Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.
To ensure systematic and proper running equipments for full targeted output.
Responsible for Manpower planning and coordinating and engaging the entire team for higher productivity.
Handling and maintain the ISO documents .
Implementation of 5s activities on the production floor.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.
Generating & Maintaining production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen, 7 QC tools etc.
Should have knowledge of Kanban, JIT, Poka Yoke, QS-9000, TS 16949, TPM etc.
