Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop secure, performant ASP.NET (MVC/Core) applications and RESTful APIs; implement clean architecture and reusable components
- Build complex SQL Server objects—stored procedures, functions, views, and ETL jobs; optimize queries and indexing strategies
- Translate business requirements into technical specs, perform impact analysis, and ensure seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, unit/integration testing, and ensure high coverage with automated pipelines (CI/CD)
- Optimize application and DB performance (profiling, caching, connection management, query tuning) and troubleshoot production issues with RCA
- Implement security best practices: authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth/AD), OWASP mitigations, parameterized queries, and secrets management
- Manage release/change processes: versioning, migration scripts, rollback plans; maintain technical documentation and runbooks




- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies—refine backlog, estimate, deliver increments; mentor juniors and coordinate with QA/DevOps for release readiness
