Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for an AS-02 IT Support Analyst I to join our team. This role involves providing IT support, strong customer service, and working with Windows/macOS basics and identity & access systems. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of IT support experience, advanced English proficiency, and be based in India.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide IT support to end users in a timely and skilled manner

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills while resolving technical issues

- Utilize foundational knowledge of identity & access systems to assist with user access

- Assist with basic troubleshooting for Windows/macOS platforms

- Document support processes and solutions for future reference

- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

- Ensure all support activities are logged and tracked accurately

- Adhere to IT support best practices and company guidelines

Job Requirements





- 1–2 years of IT support experience (or equivalent)

- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken

- Strong customer service skills

- Familiarity with Windows/macOS basics

- Foundational knowledge of identity & access systems

- Experience with Git for version control

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Understanding of software engineering best practices

Nice to Have

- Experience leading small IT projects (e.g., office setups, device life cycle management)

- Familiarity with enterprise tooling such as Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, or similar platforms
