- To lead branch sales team, to achieve sales, margin & collection targets, driving performance management across sales teams, plan and achieve Segment wise sales at branch Level.
- Driving high level of engagement with the Key Customers, Applicators & Project distributors and also the technical community including Opinion makers for the longer-term strategic goals of the company
- To help RSM in roll-out of all training programs to Improve Knowledge and skills of sales team & applicators
