- Manage and drive sales for the assigned area across LFS stores
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
- Execute marketing initiatives, VM guidelines, and promotions in stores
- Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions
- Manage dealer/partner relationships and ensure smooth operations
- Drive staff productivity through training and engagement
- Ensure stock availability and maintain store standards
Experience Required: 4–6 years in retail sales/channel management with team handling experience
