Role Description The Architectural / Interior Draftsman will support the design team by preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Day-to-day responsibilities include converting conceptual designs into technical drawings, coordinating revisions, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation. The role involves collaborating with architects and designers, assisting in space planning layouts, and preparing drawing sets for client presentations and execution on site.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bhopal, requiring close coordination with project teams and site personnel to reflect design intent and practical requirements in all drawings.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to prepare clear and detailed technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles to translate design concepts into functional layouts and well-organized spaces.
- Proficiency in Drawing, including line work, detailing, and graphic representation suitable for architectural and interior projects.
- Working knowledge of CAD and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and basic familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Draftsmanship, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret design briefs, building codes, and technical standards, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with design teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Previous experience in architectural or interior drafting, especially within studio or consultancy environments, is preferred.
