? About the Chance

You'll be joining a creative, design-forward team with a strong foothold in interior design. As our Architect, you will work directly with leadership, take ownership of architectural projects, and play a key role in shaping the firm's next chapter.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural space planning for residential, commercial & mixed-use projects
- Develop floor plans, sections, elevations, and concept layouts
- Bridge the gap between interior design and architecture on integrated projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws, and safety norms
- Liaise with clients, consultants, PMC, and contractors
- Establish architectural processes and standards for the firm
- Mentor junior designers as the team grows

? What We're Looking For





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (COA registered preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in architectural design and space planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and site execution
- Collaborative mindset — you'll work closely with our interior design team
- Portfolio demonstrating spatial design and planning projects required
