Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and responsible Architect to join our team. The candidate will be involved in residential projects from concept and design development through working drawings, coordination and site execution.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of residential architecture, solid AutoCAD skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, structural consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and residential floor plans based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings and construction drawings.
- Develop elevations, sections, furniture layouts and architectural details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing and other services.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with site engineers and contractors.
- Ensure that construction follows approved drawings and design intent.
- Communicate with clients and understand their design requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with vendors,



consultants and internal project teams.
- Assist in material, finish and design selections.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
- Support the project team throughout the design and execution stages.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of residential planning and building design.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D modelling is preferred.
- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape or other visualization tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to visit construction sites when required.

Educational Qualification

- B.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in residential architecture is preferred.
