Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims
- Analyze unpaid, underpaid and denied claims
- Handle insurance follow-ups and claim resolution
- Update claim status and call details accurately
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Valuable English communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in US shifts
