- The role will support enterprise DevOps platforms, user access, repositories, subscriptions, governance, and day-to-day platform operations.

- Administer Azure DevOps organizations, projects, teams and standard settings.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, permissions and access requests.
- Administer Visual Studio subscriptions and IDE access.
- Support GitHub organization and repository governance.
- Manage Azure DevOps licenses, Marketplace extensions and configuration.
- Handle application/platform support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Support security, governance, audit and compliance activities.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles and platform documentation.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve access, repository and DevOps platform issues.
