Summary

Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

Must have Skills : Citrix XenApp, Desktop Virtualization Administration

Good to Have Skills : Microsoft Windows Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities : Citrix XenApp 6.5 and 7.x, Citrix Xendesktop 5, 7.x, AppSense, Windows Server 2008 and 2012, PVS

5-8 Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDektop with multiple sites and farms.

Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xendesktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.

Strong understanding of Load Manager, Resource manager and installation manager.

Publishing applications in Citrix and application virtualization using AppSense and/or Microsoft App-V

Printers Management in Citrix

Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration

Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager s thresholds, installation manager, Citrix Farm Configuration

Experience on managing Citrix farm on VmWare will be added advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Robust understanding of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
- Experience in incident and problem management within complex IT environments.
- Ability to create and implement Requests for Change while minimizing operational impact.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Competence in maintaining and updating technical documentation to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
