Summary As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity.

This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting multiple teams to achieve operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience with incident and problem management processes in complex IT environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across multiple system components.
- Familiarity with change management procedures and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
