Dialysis generates enormous amounts of clinical and operational data every day. The opportunity is to turn that data into better treatment, more time for patient care and better management decisions.

Nipro NephroFlow is a dialysis digitization platform that integrates real-time dialysis treatment data with the workflow of dialysis technicians, nurses and doctors.

It supports clinician-defined, patient-specific treatment, reduces manual documentation, gives clinical teams more time to attend to patients and provides management with meaningful information to monitor utilization, performance and efficiency.

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who can walk into a dialysis centre, understand how it operates, identify where digitization can make a difference and communicate that value to every stakeholder.

You will:

Engage nephrologists, dialysis nurses, technicians, biomedical engineers, IT teams, hospital administrators and senior management

Understand clinical and operational workflows and identify opportunities for digitization

Present and demonstrate NephroFlow with confidence

Conduct pilots and support implementation

Train clinical teams and build user acceptance

Work with customers until the platform becomes part of their everyday workflow





Develop opportunities from first discussion through demonstration, pilot, implementation and commercial conversion

Build NephroFlow business across hospitals and dialysis networks

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Candidates with 3–8 years of experience in dialysis, medical devices, digital health, healthcare IT, hospital software or clinical applications.
- A background in Biomedical Engineering, Dialysis Technology, Nursing, Healthcare, Life Sciences or Healthcare Technology would be preferred. More than your qualification, we are interested in your ability to understand, communicate, engage and convince.
- We are not looking for a conventional salesperson. We are looking for someone who can speak the language of clinicians, understand technology, engage management and turn digitalization into measurable clinical and operational value.
