Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle to improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of milestones.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with database management systems and query languages.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
