Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Engineer at Antino Labs, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying intelligent systems that drive business value for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software architects, to translate complex business requirements into robust machine learning models.

Your day-to-day will involve the entire lifecycle of AI development - from data preprocessing and model experimentation to production-grade deployment. By integrating advanced AI and Generative AI solutions into our existing platforms, you will directly influence user experience and operational efficiency for our partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models that solve specific client business problems, ensuring high performance and reliability in production environments.
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models to automate content generation, data synthesis, and conversational interfaces for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and low-latency inference.
- Optimize data pipelines using Python and Pandas to ensure high-quality data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering for model training.




- Conduct rigorous experiments using Deep Learning frameworks to improve model accuracy and maintain a competitive edge in AI-driven product offerings.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, implementing feedback loops to continuously improve system performance and user outcomes.
- Communicate technical insights and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying machine learning models using Python, with a strong grasp of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to develop complex neural network architectures.
- Proven ability to implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Generative AI models to solve real-world text and data challenges.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to team members and clients effectively.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, combined with 2 - 5 years of professional experience in an AI/ML engineering capacity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Delhi NCR, maintaining high standards of code quality and team-oriented documentation.
