Job Title: Angular Lead / Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Education Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably BE, MCA)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead / Manager to drive the development of high-quality web applications. This role requires robust leadership skills, technical expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, NGRX, RxJS, and CI/CD, and experience in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should be able to guide a team, implement best practices, and deliver scalable front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Development

- Lead and manage front-end development projects usingAngular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NGRX, and RxJS.
- Providetechnical direction, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers.
- Ensureadherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

2. Design & Implementation

- Oversee thedesign, implementation, debugging, and deployment of front-end web applications.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize applications forperformance, scalability,



and security.

3. Agile & Collaboration

- Actively participate inAgile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work closely withcross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to align on requirements.
- Foster acollaborative and high-performance team environment.

4. Code Quality & CI/CD Integration

- Conductcode reviews to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Integrate and maintainCI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex development issues to ensure timely project completion.

5. Innovation & Problem-Solving

- Encourage the adoption ofnew technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process.
- Take ownership of technical challenges andpropose scalable solutions.

Primary Skills:

- Angular(8+ years of experience)
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- HTML, CSS
- NGRX, RxJS

Nice to Have:

- GraphQL
- Ionic, Capacitor
- CI/CD Pipelines (usage required)
- Agile / Scrum (strong working knowledge required)
