About the Role :

We are looking for a confident, ambitious and highly driven Analyst Intern to join our growing team.The role is primarily focused on investor outreach,relationship building and capital partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying prospective investors, initiating conversations, introducing them to Ironclad's investment solutions and building relationships that can eventually develop into long-term investor partnerships.This is a high-ownership, target-oriented role that will give you direct exposure to the investor acquisition and capital-raising side of an investment management business.

This role would also involve research work,



you will work closely with the senior team and have the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs, senior professionals, family offices and other sophisticated investors.

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Outreach

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors and introduce Ironclad Asset Management.
- Initiate conversations with HNIs, entrepreneurs, professionals and other potential investors.
- Communicate Ironclad's investment solutions clearly and professionally.
- Generate new investor conversations through consistent outbound outreach.
- Reach out to prospects through phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

Investor Relationship Management

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors.
- Understand the investor's requirements, interests and potential fit with Ironclad's offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective investors.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of investor conversations and opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and senior members of the team.

Capital Partnerships

- Support the team in developing relationships with prospective capital partners.
- Identify and engage with potential investors for Ironclad's various investment solutions.
- Assist in converting initial conversations into meaningful investor relationships.
- Participate in investor calls and meetings alongside senior team members.
- Contribute to Ironclad's broader investor acquisition and capital-raising initiatives.

This is not a conventional business development internship.You will be representing an investment management firm and speaking directly with financially sophisticated individuals.

The Ideal Candidate Candidates with a background in Finance, Economics, B.Com, or related fields, including those pursuing certifications such as CA/CFA and MBA, are well-suited for this role. Such a background helps build a strong foundation in financial analysis, capital markets and investment concepts, which supports meaningful conversations with investors and a deeper understanding of Ironclad's investment solutions.
