Job Title: Analyst GBS O2C (Order to Cash)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analyst GBS O2C to join our Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, ensuring accurate revenue recording, invoice validation, bank reconciliation, and maintaining smooth cash flow processes. The role requires solid analytical skills, ERP knowledge, and experience in Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and validate revenue in the ERP system.
- Perform bank deposit identification and reconciliation.
- Reconcile Point of Sale (POS), ERP, and bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and outstanding collections.
- Prepare weekly and monthly O2C reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting,



and Internal Control teams.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process standards.
- Drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 2 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, revenue validation, and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- English proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
