- Own production stability, performance optimization, and critical issue resolution.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across teams.

What You Should Have :

- 8+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with solid expertise in Java/J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and event-driven applications.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
