Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO)
Max Budget: 24 LPA
Max NP: Serving within 30days
Core Technical Skills
- Amazon Connect Development 5+ years (Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, etc.)
o Experience designing and deploying voice workflows using Amazon Connect.
o Integration with Lex for conversational AI and Polly for text-to-speech.
o Custom contact flows, Lambda integrations, and real-time analytics.
- AWS Expertise (5+ years)
o Deep understanding of core AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.
o Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
o Robust grasp of security best practices and cost optimization.
- Telephony & Contact Centre Applications o Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, IVR systems, and CTI integrations.
o Experience with call routing, queue management, and real-time dashboards.
o Familiarity with legacy systems and migration strategies to cloud-based platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related voice services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with AWS in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated experience with telephony systems and contact centre technologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
