Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist for outsourcing business (RPO, VA, and Accounting) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tallahassee, FL. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing targeted email campaigns to promote Akrostech’s outsourcing services to prospective and existing clients, including staffing firms, CPA practices, law firms, and enterprise organizations. Day-to-day activities include building segmented email lists, drafting and designing email content, setting up automated workflows, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals.





The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze open and click-through rates, optimize subject lines and content, and ensure compliance with data privacy and anti-spam regulations. The role also involves collaborating with marketing colleagues on integrated campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Outsourcing Management and Outsourcing skills, with an understanding of RPO, virtual assistance, and accounting process workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret campaign data, assess ROI, and support outreach for accounting and finance services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written email communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), CRM platforms, and basic marketing automation workflows.
- Relevant experience in B2B email marketing, professional services, or outsourcing environments is preferred, along with familiarity with data privacy and anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
