Description Cognologix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an AI Product Engineer for its Data & AI practice in Pune. The role focuses on building AI applications and cloud-native solutions for real-world business problems.

Role: AI Product Engineer

Location: Pune, India

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Gen AI solutions in production-grade applications
- Experience working collaboratively and independently as part of a project team

Responsibilities

- Develop AI applications and cloud-native solutions
- Work with the Data & AI practice on advanced analytics solutions from traditional ML to deep learning, Computer Vision, Gen AI, and automation
- Collaborate with Product Management to elicit GenAI use-case requirements and evaluate approaches
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications for real-world business problems
- Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle including requirements, solution design, model and tool selection, prompt optimization, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems with reasoning, planning, and tool usage
- Develop scalable GenAI services using Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, background jobs, and event-driven systems
- Deploy GenAI solutions to production using cloud-native architectures
- Apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices for GenAI workflows
- Explore new tools, technologies, papers, and frameworks in the GenAI domain
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the AI/ML team
- Mentor and guide junior team members

Additional Responsibilities

- Perform work both independently and collaboratively as a project member




- Ensure production deployments address security, scalability, low latency, cost optimization, and Responsible AI practices
- Monitor for hallucinations, token usage, and related GenAI workflow metrics

Nice To Have

- Exposure to LLMOps frameworks
- Experience with open source LLMs
- Knowledge of vector databases
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodology
- Exposure to core data science streams such as ML, NLP, or Computer Vision
- Remote working options for the right maturity level
