We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and deep learning frameworks.

This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-grade AI solutions while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

We are a team of 550 engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs, GPT models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Design and implement NLP solutions using BERT, GPT, and other transformer-based architectures.
- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
- Build scalable ML pipelines and deploy models using AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.




- Implement end-to-end MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production deployment.
- Manage model lifecycle using MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and deployment.
- Utilize Hugging Face libraries and pretrained models for NLP and Generative AI use cases.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

- 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Expert-level programming proficiency in Python.
- Strong expertise in Deep Learning, including:

- Transformer architectures.
- Extensive experience with Generative AI, including:
