We are deliberately small and deliberately specialist: we build streaming data platforms, large-scale data engineering systems, and production AI applications for clients who need architecture-grade work rather than headcount. Our founding team has built connected-vehicle streaming platforms operating at multi-million-device scale, and that engineering standard sets the bar for everything we deliver.

We are hiring an AI Architect to own the technical direction of our AI practice — defining reference architectures, leading client engagements end to end, and building the patterns that our delivery teams reuse.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, platform architecture, or senior technical leadership roles.
- Strong cumulative technical knowledge across AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems, software engineering, cloud platforms, distributed systems, data architecture, APIs, DevOps, and security.
- Strong hands-on Python for AI engineering, automation, orchestration, and AI service development.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise backend ecosystem (Java/Scala, .NET, or Go) and the architecture patterns that go with it.
- Strong SQL expertise and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, query optimization, and enterprise data access patterns.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale platforms or applications in complex, data-intensive environments.




- Experience architecting LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-support solutions.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK, or similar.
- Strong understanding of MCP server architecture and how AI systems integrate with enterprise APIs, tools, repositories, and data platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and production operations.
- Comfort operating client-facing: scoping engagements, presenting architecture to senior stakeholders, and defending technical decisions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with streaming and lakehouse platforms — Kafka, Flink, Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake, or Apache Iceberg.
- Experience in regulated or data-intensive domains: financial services, capital markets, risk analytics, fintech, automotive/connected vehicle, manufacturing, or healthcare.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, SageMaker, Bedrock, CloudFormation, or CDK; or comparable GCP/Azure services.
- Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch, FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector.




- Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, responsible AI, model risk controls, data privacy (including DPDP Act considerations), and auditability.
- Experience supporting SaaS modernization, platform transformation, or enterprise architecture governance.

Some engagements may require travel to client sites or onsite presence depending on client requirements. We stay flexible and work with each person on an arrangement that fits.
