Job Requirements

Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to manage security, ensuring work place safety, and liaison with local authorities

Department : Administration

Location : Kalpataru Synergy, Santacruz, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To preparation and implement annual security budget

· To map security and safety threats to the property and initiate action plans and procedures for deterrence

· To manage and control Incidents of safety and security breaches

· To liaison with police, traffic and other local bodies for smooth functioning of the property

· To monitor access control at the property

· To ensure security management in terms of upkeep of equipment

· To conduct and monitor safety and security audits

Work Experience

Experience Required : 15 – 20 years of relevant experience

Qualification Required : Graduation
