About the Role

At SettleMed We are now taking the next big leap — transforming our existing SaaS platform into an Agentic AI-powered Claim Processing Engine

We’re looking for an Agentic AI Technical Lead who wants to take ownership of this transformation and build AI systems that solve real-world problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and technical planning for the transition to an Agentic AI platform
- Design and review AI agents, workflows and system architecture
- Conduct code reviews and developer architecture reviews
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks and technology vendors
- Establish AI accuracy, evaluation and quality frameworks
- Monitor development teams and ensure technical execution
- Drive production deployment, scalability, reliability and observability of AI systems

What We Are Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI or LLM engineering
- Strong hands-on experience building production AI/Agentic AI systems
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration and tool calling
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or CrewAI
- Strong Python development skills, preferably with FastAPI
- Ability to design scalable AI architectures and make independent technology decisions
- Experience with model evaluation, AI accuracy measurement and production monitoring
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and MLOps
- Ability to lead and review the work of AI/software developers

This role is ideal for someone who wants to take end-to-end technical ownership of building an Agentic AI platform, rather than working only as an individual AI developer.
