Skillyug is building practical, hands-on AI learning experiences that help students develop AI literacy, digital skills, and future-ready capabilities. We’re looking for a motivated Admissions & Student Success Executive who can connect with students and parents, understand their needs, guide them toward the right learning program, and support them throughout their journey with Skillyug.

? What You’ll Do

- Connect with prospective students and parents and introduce Skillyug’s AI programs.
- Understand learner goals and recommend the right program.
- Counsel qualified leads and convert them into enrolled learners.
- Handle questions, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Manage the complete admission and onboarding journey.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enrollments, and student interactions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with students and parents.

? What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.
- Strong communication, persuasion, counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident handling calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Organized, proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working with flexible schedule.
- Freshers:



Strong communication, confidence, willingness to learn, and a growth mindset.
- Experienced professionals: Prior experience in admissions, education counseling, inside sales, customer success, or EdTech is preferred.

? CompensationFreshers

- Fixed Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month
- Additional performance-based incentives

Experienced Professionals

- Fixed Pay: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Additional performance-based incentives
